Bonita Springs 

Bonita Springs, FL is located between Ft. Naples

Ft. Myers

Ft. Myers  Beach

Marco Island

Sanibel and Captiva Islands

Cape Coral

The city of Cape Coral is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida halfway between Sarasota and Naples.  This waterfront community offers an unparalleled lifestyle and incredible investment returns as it experiences one of the fastest growth rates in the nation.  Currently with a population of over 85,000 people and designed to accommodate over 500,000 just within the city limits, this community has plenty of room to grow.  The average winter temperature is 64.1 degrees and the average summer temperature is 82.8 degrees.
