As tens of thousands of visitors find out each year, vacationing in Southwest Florida from Fort Myers to Naples is a time filled with good times and wonderful memories.  Vacation rentals, also known as Seasonal Rentals, may be for one week to many months.  Seasonal rentals of Beach Front Properties, Condos, or Homes, are much more economical than long term stays at area resorts.  Seasonal rentals range from about $800.00 per month into the tens of thousands of dollars based on your lifestyle and the amenities that you desire.  A good tip for saving money is to let us help you book your reservation as far in advance as possible.  You will have a better selection and be in a better position to save money by booking in advance.  Six months to one year in advance could save you as much as 25% over "In Season" rates booked in December through March. 

Annual Rentals  

Rentals for six months to one year are available both furnished and unfurnished.  In most cases a lease is required for a specified period.  There are many quality properties owned by investors which are available for rent and afford a good opportunity for cost savings over seasonal rates.
